Who We Are
The Rights Advice is an advisory firm specialising in human rights, governance, and social responsibility. We help businesses, public institutions and civil society organisations navigate new regulatory landscapes, respond to rising stakeholder expectations, and lead with integrity.
Drawing on the UN Guiding Principles and the emerging European legal framework, from the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) to CSRD, EU Taxonomy and the EU Forced Labour Regulation, we guide organisations to integrate human rights into core strategy, operations, and reporting.

The Team
Founder & Director
Karina Viebke Pultz motivates and helps companies and organisations to use human rights as a strategic strength. With many years of international experience in human rights work and leadership, she has a solid understanding of both the substance of rights and the realities in which companies and organizations operate or engage with business partners in their global value chain.
She supports companies and organisations to translate complex human rights standards into concrete, applicable practice and measurable impact indicators. She has solid experience in promoting human rights through advocacy in the UN system, the EU and with big tech, contributing to forming international norms in relation to tech.
Partner
Cecilie brings extensive experience as a Business and Partnerships Manager in the international civil society sector. With an educational background in political science and human rights, she combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of the partnerships and stakeholder dynamics that drive meaningful change.
At The Rights Advice, Cecilie oversees client relationships and operational development, ensuring that advisory services are both rigorous in their grounding and effective in practice.
